Qualifications What You Need to Succeed:      Experience in managing resources including thoughtful leadership to translate business needs into functional requirements History of working on enterprise scale cloud infrastructure / Devops/ Site Reliability Engineering projects for SaaS applications. Experience with cloud & container-based applications Experience in cross functional areas including quality, security, build, deployment & support Passion for managing continuous optimizations/enhancements Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling clear decision‑making, effective team collaboration, and productive engagement with stakeholders and executive leadership Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives with high quality and predictable timelines, while coaching the team on prioritization and ensuring accountability for commitments Strong leadership skills and the ability to enhance growth of your direct reports Strong working ethics and professional role model for your direct reports for compliance with company policies, fostering a culture of accountability and ensuring that all team members follow required standards and guidelines  Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:     Have a broad knowledge of software architecture, microservice design, container orchestration, and cloud concepts Be able to think at the macro level, while ensuring the design works on the micro-level Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and hands-on experience aligning cloud infrastructure and operational processes to meet these standards
