Finance Data Specialist (Power BI & Webcon) Warsaw, hybrid Apply now (PL) CloudFerro is a provider of advanced cloud computing services, delivering and operating cloud platforms for specialized sectors such as the European space industry, climate research, and science.  We have extensive experience in storing and processing large-scale datasets, including multi-petabyte Earth observation satellite data repositories.  Our solutions are trusted by leading European institutions and organizations working with big data, including the European Space Agency (ESA), EUMETSAT, the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), Mercator Ocean International, the German Aerospace Center (DLR), EGI, and many more.  Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a: Finance Data Specialist (Power BI & Webcon) We are looking for a professional who can combine strong analytical capabilities with technical expertise — particularly in Power BI (both administration and data modeling) and WEBCON BPS (process development and configuration).  This role offers a high level of ownership and a real opportunity to shape both our data architecture and financial processes.  Your responsibilities Financial Controlling & Analytics.  Prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and forecasts.   Standardize controlling reports and streamline data flows through automation.  Power BI (Administration & Development).  Manage the Power BI environment, including workspaces, access rights, refresh schedules, gateways, and activity monitoring.   Design and develop data models (star schema, relationships, optimization, Power Query, DAX).  Build and maintain financial and controlling datasets.   Develop new dashboards and enhance existing ones.   Document data models, DAX logic, and data source mappings.   Ensure consistency and alignment of KPIs across the organization.   WEBCON BPS (Administration & Development)  Maintain, develop, and design workflows (finance, procurement, HR, and operational processes).   Configure forms, paths, business rules, and actions.   Translate business requirements into process logic.   Administer the system (permissions, dictionaries, parameters).   Support integrations between WEBCON and ERP, BI, and CRM systems.   Required skills & experience Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including tenant/workspace administration, data modeling (Power Query, DAX), optimization, and data security.   Experience working with WEBCON BPS (either administration or workflow development and optimization).   Solid Excel skills and a good understanding of financial concepts.   Experience in controlling, data analysis, or FP&A.   Very good command of English (B2/C1).   Nice to have Knowledge of SQL and ERP systems.   Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.   Ability to work independently and manage projects.   Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.   Proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
