Test Automation Technical Lead

Test Automation Technical Lead What will be your tasks? Development of a test automation strategy in line with the organisation's business and technology objectives; Selection of appropriate tools, frameworks and technologies for test automation; Design and development of advanced test frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability; Overseeing code quality and standards. Ensuring the quality of code produced by the team and the organisation. Implementing best programming practices for test automation; Supporting the resolution of the most complex technical issues faced by the team; Streamlining the integration of automation tests with CI/CD pipelines; Keeping abreast of new developments in test automation and introducing new technologies and tools; Managing, planning and developing a team of 11 people; Monitoring team performance and implementing improvement actions; Managing budget and resources. How we work? Our Software Development department consists of 70 developers, testers, analysts and devops; We rely on tools: Kubernetes, Tanka, ArgoCD; Automation plays an important role in our work; Our monitoring is based on Prometheus + ELK; We practice Code Review, CI/CD, good practices, Testing; We work on Linux; We work based on Scrum/Agile; We use tools: Git, Confluence, Jira. We are looking for Test Automation Technical Lead who: Has min. 6 years of experience as an automated test developer and Team Leader/Manager; Has completed a degree in Computer Science/related field; Has expert knowledge of test automation and tools; Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python or others) Skilled in solving complex technical problems; Has experience working with test architecture and CI/CD processes; Has the ability to manage a team and implement improvements.
