From transforming raw data into meaningful models to crafting intuitive and impactful dashboards, you will guide stakeholders toward insights that truly matter. You will help turn business challenges into clear, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys collaborating with clients, and aspires to grow into a trusted advisor or team leader in the BI space. What you'll do Deliver end-to-end BI projects, from gathering requirements to deploying dashboards. Design and optimize data models and reporting structures to support client needs. Create complex data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring scalability and high performance. Collaborate with clients to refine requirements and align solutions with business goals. Implement improvements in existing BI solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices. What you bring 3+ years of experience delivering BI solutions, including hands-on Power BI development. Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques. Hands-on experience with Azure-based projects, including Fabric, DataBricks, and Azure Data Factory. Experience integrating multiple data sources, including SQL and Azure cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
