Overall Accountability
As the Performance Marketing Lead at Guardsix, you are responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling Guardsix’ global inbound and performance marketing engine to support pipeline growth, customer engagement, and measurable business impact.
You own the performance marketing strategy, execution, automation, tracking, and optimization across digital channels, campaigns, and reporting, ensuring alignment across the full customer journey from awareness and demand generation to engagement, conversion, retention, and advocacy.
You play a key role in connecting and optimizing marketing activities across regions, campaigns, content, channels, and systems to improve efficiency, attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring deep performance marketing expertise, analytical thinking, commercial understanding, and strong operational experience within a B2B and partner-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the global performance marketing and inbound strategy aligned with business and pipeline goals
Own and optimize inbound lead generation across paid, organic, web, content, email, and campaign activities
Drive conversion optimization and performance improvements across the full customer journey as a seasoned inbound architect
Build scalable tracking, attribution, reporting, lead scoring, automation, and lead management frameworks across marketing activities
Analyze campaign, channel, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
Ensure alignment between campaigns, targeting, messaging, landing pages, automation, and conversion flows
Partner with regional marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and web development teams to align demand generation efforts
Manage external agencies, media spend, and performance marketing budgets to ensure measurable impact and high-quality execution
Drive SEO, SEM, retargeting, and digital campaign optimization initiatives
Continuously improve marketing processes, automation workflows, reporting, and performance frameworks
Support executive reporting and provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights and market data
Competencies & Requirements
Strong experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity performance marketing and demand generation
Deep understanding of inbound marketing, customer journeys, funnel optimization, and lead generation strategies
Strong operational understanding of marketing automation, CRM workflows, attribution, and lead lifecycle management
Strong understanding of automation, workflow optimization, and scalable demand generation processes
Proven ability to optimize campaigns, conversion flows, attribution models, and marketing performance
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience managing agencies, media budgets, and external vendors
Commercial mindset with focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and measurable business impact
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Professional & Technical Skills
Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign execution, lead management, reporting, automation, and funnel optimization
Strong experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, nurture flows, funnel management, and workflow optimization
Strong experience with paid media platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization
Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and performance analysis tools
Experience working with landing page optimization, web performance, and A/B testing
Strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the performance marketing lead across global marketing initiatives
Partner closely with regional marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and web development teams
Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and performance analysis
Ensure alignment across campaigns, channels, reporting, and demand generation activities
Drive continuous optimization and accountability across inbound and digital marketing performance
Experience & Background
7–10 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
Strong track record driving inbound growth, lead generation, and pipeline contribution
Experience working with complex B2B customer journeys and partner-led GTM environments
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows is highly preferred
Experience managing global or multi-region digital marketing initiatives is preferred
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Compensation Transparency
The salary range displayed for this role reflects our benchmark for the total gross monthly compensation 9before taxes and other deduction) including any potential bonus or variable salary components, individual compensation will be determined based on factors as relevant experience, technical competency level , and seniority alignment with the position requirements. The salary range excludes any country specific benefits.
