About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Project and Event Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects and events that align with our brand strategy and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives that engage our target audiences and drive brand awareness. You will also support our clients' projects in marketing aspects.
Key
Responsibilities:
event planning and coordination,
plan and execute a wide range of events (onsite and online), including conferences, webinars, workshops and trade shows,
organize the company’s contribution according to the nature of the event and the company’s business goals, including different formats of presence – thought leadership presentations, panel discussions, booth presence, B2B meetings,
coordinate all event logistics, communications, employees attendance, organizing of booth equipment, marketing materials, rollups and leaflets,
oversee event promotion through various channels such as social media, email marketing, and direct communication,
manage marketing projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard,
support for customer project in marketing aspects, including assets creation, contests, communications,
collaborate with internal and external teams (business, product, creative),
track project progress, resolve issues, provide recommendations for future improvements.
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing project management and event planning, ideally in geospatial organization or cloud computing,
strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
proficiency in marketing tools,
experience with budgeting and vendor negotiations,
ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team,
strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
fluency in business English.
