What will you do on a daily basis? Support clients and partners during the implementation of the Synerise platform under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in configuring and implementing basic use cases by translating business requirements into technical setups. Support onboarding processes for new and existing clients and partners to help ensure a smooth “Time To Production.” Participate in training workshops and product demonstrations alongside senior specialists. Assist in monitoring platform adoption, identifying basic gaps and suggesting improvements. Contribute to the creation and updating of educational content (user guides, use cases, FAQ knowledge base). Continuously develop your technical and product knowledge with support from the team.
