<h5>About the role</h5><p>We are looking for a designer with solid craft skills and experience working in product teams. As a Senior Product Designer at Keepit, you will work independently on your design tasks and contribute across the product. <br>You will join a supportive, friendly, and experienced design team where we collaborate closely, share feedback openly, and help each other grow. We care about psychological safety, clear communication, and continuous improvement.</p><p>Product Designers at Keepit work together with Product Management and Engineering from early discovery to final implementation, shaping both the problem and the solution.</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="">Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Build prototypes and validate concepts with users or stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Translate insights into clear design decisions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Work with product managers and engineers to refine problems and requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Contribute to and work with the Keepit Design System</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Document design decisions and prepare handover materials</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Participate in design reviews and give constructive feedback</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Support usability testing and interpret findings</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Ensure consistency and clarity across your product area</span></p></li></ul><h5>About you</h5><p><br><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="">A strong understanding of UX and UI principles</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Experience designing user flows, journeys, and interactions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Confidence in creating prototypes at different fidelity levels</span></p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret research insights and apply them to design</p></li><li><p>Experience working with a design system</p></li><li><p>Ability to document design decisions clearly</p></li><li><p>Experience collaborating with product managers & engineers</p></li><li><p>Advanced English (spoken and written)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in B2B or data-heavy SaaS products</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with designing for enterprises</p></li><li><p>Experience improving or contributing to design systems</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of usability testing methods</p></li><li><p>Experience with accessibility standards<br></p></li></ul><h5>About us</h5><p>Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.</p><p>We protect our customers against everything, ranging from ransomware to simple accidents.</p><p>The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.</p><p>We pride ourselves on backing up billions of objects over foreign APIs using imperfect networks on systems with finite memory and making it all happen in a performant, reliable, and predictable way.</p><p><strong>As we collaborate across locations, English is our primary language.
