Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days/week). As a Senior Vulnerability Management Reporting Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in cybersecurity, dedicated to safeguarding critical information, technology, and assets across diverse industries. You will help shape the organization’s risk landscape by delivering comprehensive, insightful reports and analytics that support proactive vulnerability remediation and security governance. Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain detailed vulnerability data reports to facilitate risk prioritization and remediation efforts. Deliver accurate, timely operational reports, including large data exports and Power BI dashboards, with clear commentary highlighting key themes and risks. Respond to ad-hoc data requests, performing thematic trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Review automated reports for data variances, implement corrective actions, and ensure high-quality data accuracy. Develop and refine metrics such as Key Control Indicators (KCIs) to measure and improve vulnerability management controls. Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including SOPs and data access procedures. Support governance activities, preparing reports for management, regulators, and audit reviews, and participate in governance meetings. Collaborate across teams to enhance reporting capabilities and identify opportunities for process improvements. You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, security reporting, or related fields. Strong expertise in developing enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using Power BI. Proficiency in SQL and experience with structured query language and data modelling (relational & dimensional). Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, especially Databricks and SQL Analytics. Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, and scanning technologies (e.g., Nessus, SAST, DAST). Intermediate VBA scripting skills, including macros and automation within Excel. Programming skills in Python, PowerShell, or C+ are a plus. Familiarity with vulnerability management lifecycle and tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills in English (fluent level), suitable for preparing reports and presenting to senior management. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proven track record of delivering quality outputs on time, adaptable to dynamic priorities. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence. Ability to work remotely with a flexible approach to shifting business needs.
