This includes negotiating commercial agreements with a wide array of companies.<br /> ** Immersing yourself in the technology sector and attending or even organising technology events, meet-ups and conferences.<br /> ** Being responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to organising interviews, finalising employment offers and post-placement care.</p> <p><strong>What do I get in return?</strong></p> <p>A LOT of money, if you are successful. The basic salary is moderate, but the commission is one of the highest in the industry, and most importantly, there is no threshold before you earn commission, AND it&#8217;s totally uncapped.
