<p>We are looking for a Program Manager to strengthen our HMI service line. This person will focus on <strong>building and developing client accounts, managing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of software programs</strong>. The role combines client-facing business development with hands-on program and project management.</p><p></p><h2>REQUIREMENTS</h2><ul><li><p>Based in Poland.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as <strong>Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Account Manager</strong> in <strong>software projects.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong background in <strong>embedded systems, HMI or other software engineering projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>client relationship management</strong> skills, with ability to operate at executive level.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of <strong>project management methodologies</strong> (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).</p></li><li><p>Financial and commercial awareness: managing budgets, margins, and contracts.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).</p></li><li><p>Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and balance delivery with business growth.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Nice To Have</h2><ul><li><p>Experience in Software House</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work across US and EU time zones</p></li><li><p>Experience in conducting workshops with clients</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li><p>Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders (technical and business).</p></li><li><p>Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and trust.</p></li><li><p>Drive account development by identifying new opportunities and aligning Spyrosoft services with client needs.</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple programs/projects in parallel, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the expected quality.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal delivery teams, ensuring staffing, planning, and reporting are in place.</p></li><li><p>Track program financials (budget, margins, forecasts) and report progress to leadership.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and lead client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.</p></li><li><p>Support proposal preparation and RFQ responses with delivery insights and estimations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to shape new offerings.</p></li></ul>
