Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.   Your role   Key responsibilities:  Facilitate and promote agile practices, including ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Ensure transparency and knowledge sharing through effective use of Azure DevOps across Global IT Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes Drive robust operational processes across ServiceNow, access management, documentation, and data catalogues Challenge existing ways of working and implement optimized processes to improve efficiency and clarity Your qualifications   To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:   Strong project and process management skills with a pragmatic, best‑practice‑driven approach Proven ability to design, document, and clearly visualize complex processes for senior stakeholders Experience or strong interest in agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum), with familiarity in tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps as an advantage Solid understanding of IT operations, including system administration, access management, and end‑user enablement Service‑minded team player who builds trusted relationships and supports others’ success Curious, proactive, and accountable mindset with excellent English communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, IT Management, Project Management, or Digital Transformation is an advantage
