You will help pupils settle into routines, build communication, literacy, and early number skills, and work closely with the class teacher to keep children engaged throughout the day.<br><strong> </strong><br><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br> You are patient, energetic, and able to communicate clearly with young children. Senior Paraplanner, Birmingham, £50,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys working closely with advisers, improving processes, and supporting the development of others. JOB REF: 3300.
