IT Operations Internship About the roleAt SkyNRG, IT plays an important role in enabling a fast-growing organization to scale efficiently and securely. As an IT Operations Intern, you will support the daily running of our IT environment while contributing to projects that improve how the business operates.During this internship, you will work closely with the IT team and collaborate with colleagues across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience with user lifecycle management, first-line support, and modern cloud-based IT environments. In addition to operations, you will contribute to automation and cybersecurity initiatives that help shape the future of IT at SkyNRG. This role offers the opportunity to combine operational IT work with project-based learning in a purpose driven organization.   Your ResponsibilitiesIT operations support: Support day-to-day IT operations, including user onboarding and offboarding, account setup, and maintaining access across systems.First-line support: Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Ticketing & maintenance: Assist with ticket triage in Jira Service Management, perform device checks, and support routine system maintenance.Automation projects: Contribute to automation initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), helping streamline internal workflows such as user lifecycle processes.Cybersecurity support: Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, including improving incident reporting workflows and strengthening overall IT security practices.   Your ProfileYou recognize yourself in the following:Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (enrolled for the full duration of the internship) Strong interest in IT operations, automation and cybersecurity Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python or PowerShell preferred) Basic understanding of JSON and API concepts is a plus Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Good communication skills and a collaborative approach Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment Professional level of English, both written and spoken Full-time availability for a 6-month internship Strong interest in sustainabilityThis internship is based onsite at our office in Nieuwmarkt, Amsterdam. Due to the hands-on nature of IT operations, you will work closely with the team on-site, allowing you to handle hardware directly and benefit from close mentorship. <h2>Over de functie</h2> Je start je dag op de fiets richting een cliënt met psychiatrische problematiek die het dagelijks functioneren moeilijk overziet. Later die ochtend bezoek je een meneer waar onrust en desorganisatie toenemen. Jij brengt structuur, overzicht en vertrouwen in hun eigen leefomgeving. Voor een <strong>FACT Ouderen team</strong> zoeken wij een <strong>ambulant verpleegkundige of begeleider</strong> met affiniteit voor de ouderenpsychiatrie. Een afwisselende functie waarin je zelfstandig werkt in de wijk, maar altijd onderdeel bent van een multidisciplinair team. Je begeleidt ouderen (65+) met ernstige psychiatrische problematiek in hun eigen woonomgeving. Je richt je op herstel, zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven. Je hebt een eigen caseload en bent verantwoordelijk voor begeleiding, signalering en afstemming van zorg. Samen met cliënt en team stel je plannen op, voer je uit en evalueer je. Je maakt deel uit van een FACT-team ouderenpsychiatrie met psychiaters, psychologen, verpleegkundigen en wijkpartners. De samenwerking is hecht en laagdrempelig. Je kunt altijd terugvallen op collega’s en maakt samen keuzes in complexe situaties. <h2>Functie-eisen</h2><ul><li>Heb je ervaring of sterke interesse in psychiatrie en/of ouderenpsychiatrie;</li><li>Ben je sterk in signaleren, structureren en schakelen bij crisissituaties;</li><li>Werk je herstelgericht en communiceer je helder met cliënten en ketenpartners.</li></ul><h2>Wat je gaat doen</h2><ul><li>Begeleiden en ondersteunen van cliënten in hun eigen leefomgeving via huisbezoeken;</li><li>Signaleren van veranderingen en handelen bij (dreigende) crisissituaties;</li><li>Opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van herstelgerichte behandel- en begeleidingsplannen;</li><li>Samenwerken met het FACT-team, familie en ketenpartners zoals thuiszorg en welzijn.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Voor jou:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Passend salaris:</strong> € 3.431 tot €<span style="font-size: 10.5pt;">5.087 </span>bruto per maand, conform de CAO GGZ.
