We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help scale a proven accounting platform used by thousands of businesses. You’ll collaborate with Engineering and Customer teams to define priorities and drive execution. The role is focused on delivering measurable product and business impact. Location: European Union.  Reporting: CEO. About SynderSynder is an accounting platform helping accounting professionals and business owners record, reconcile and recognize online sales and subscriptions. What you’ll do Own product features to drive user growth and revenue. Partner cross-functionally with Support, Success, Sales, Engineering and Leadership. Deeply understand accounting workflows and integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Oracle NetSuite, and payment platforms). Fine-tune and supervise existing product and operational processes to ensure scalability and consistency. Use data and customer feedback to identify and prioritize improvements. Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery and long-term goals. Define clear product requirements and manage execution in Jira. Track product performance using core SaaS metrics (MRR, retention, churn, activation). Test and validate new ideas to improve user experience. Maintain clear documentation in Confluence and communicate progress to stakeholders and the CEO. What we expect 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS product companies only (no agency/outsourcing background). Proven experience taking ownership of an established, live product. Strong knowledge of product management processes — discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration. Experience leading product initiatives and mentoring PMs or cross-functional peers. Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (retention, acquisition, MRR). Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. English C1+, written and spoken. Clear communicator across Product, Engineering, Devs and Customer teams. Europe-based and available for occasional travel (primarily Poland) and other countries. Background in e-commerce is a strong plus. Strong accounting domain knowledge, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, Oracle NetSuite, and core accounting workflows is a strong plus. What you bring Experience owning a mature B2B SaaS product with active users and revenue. Strong product discovery and data-driven decision-making skills. Background in complex domains such as accounting, finance, or payments. Ability to turn customer and business needs into clear product priorities. Confidence working with executives on roadmap decisions and trade-offs. Strong written skills: concise PRDs and structured documentation. Comfortable collaborating across Engineering, CS, Support, and Sales. Experience using product metrics to drive iteration and improvement. Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset. Your background Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Automation, Production Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. >3 years of proven project management experience leading complex CAPEX projects with a solid understanding of lean manufacturing and -management principles. Hands-on experience in the machinery or metal manufacturing industry, ideally with implementation of advanced technologies (e.g., metal cutting technologies like milling, grinding, etc.). Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all organizational levels. Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
