processes related to employee hiring and termination (contracts, annexes, notices, terminations, employment certificates)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creating and maintaining electronic personnel files in compliance with current regulations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Registering and deregistering employees with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Managing changes in employment conditions, working hours, pay rates, positions, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Issuing employee certificates (employment, earnings, for external institutions)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Preparing payroll for various employee groups (employment contracts, mandate contracts, work contracts, appointments), including allowances, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and non-wage benefits</span></p></li><li><p><span>Calculating and verifying payroll accuracy, monitoring payroll data correctness in the position, preferably in an outsourcing company or servicing multiple clients</span></p></li><li><p><span>Practical knowledge of labor law, social insurance, tax regulations, and GDPR</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in using HR and payroll systems (knowledge of Optima software will be an asset)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Płatnik software and ZUS PUE Sr. Financial Analyst, Client Incentive Operations

The Client Incentive Operations team are responsible for managing Client Incentive and Merchant Acceptance Incentive agreements. We ensure compliance with contractual terms and determine the accounting treatment of each incentive deal and conformity with US GAAP.  We use lean/six sigma process methodologies to provide benefits to our stakeholders regarding quality, cost and schedule associated with our work.  This role is to support operations of the North America Client Incentive team. Essential Functions: Manage Client Incentive contracts for North America Analyze executed incentive contract terms to assess Visa's contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on Visa policy and procedure Review proforma to ensure accuracy of contract interpretation and application of Visa's accounting policy respectively.  Work with internal stakeholders to clarify contract clauses Setup incentive contracts in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system per contract terms, ensuring that all key obligations have been accurately addressed. Ensure consistencies in the process especially those to accommodate system limitation  Manage, track, and process contractual payments per terms of contracts accurately and timely for all regions, perform peer reviews and approvals on payments and contract setups Review on-going contract performance and update future performance /amortization schedules, as needed Liaise with Sales, Strategy, Interchange, FP&A, Legal, clients and other stakeholders to provide support around deal structuring, accounting guidance, and ad-hoc requests Responsible for inquiries and issue resolutions related to the assigned contracts Coordinate with the bigger Client Incentive Operations team. Understand the various deal structures and ensure a consistent business process applied globally for a similar contract structure Drive process improvement through Lean Six Sigma project with key stakeholders.  Participate in in-person discussions to identify and implement improvements. Interact with various levels of management across the organization as well as with external clients. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required as cross-functional projects occur on a regular basis Support ad-hoc analysis, contract drafting, and projects as needed Train and provide guidance to junior analysts Ensure key production metrics for the month are met
