Data Analyst & Systems Manager (m/f/d)

As a Data Analyst & System Manager, you will be part of our Finance Analytics & Systems (FA&S) team, transforming complex financial data into clear insights. By building intuitive dashboards, robust analytical models and leveraging AI-supported analytics, you will help uncover patterns across financial processes and systems that drive smarter, data-driven decisions. This position is unlimited and based in Warsaw. WHAT YOU'LL DO Be a key contributor to our Finance team, supporting the delivery of a world-class e-commerce experience and enabling our journey towards growth and expansion Support the creation and continuous improvement of state-of-the-art KPI dashboards and reporting tools for our FP&A and Accounting teams, helping them easily track performance and identify trends Perform data analyses and data modeling, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making Leverage AI-driven tools and automation (e.g. for data exploration, anomaly detection, forecasting or reporting efficiency) to enhance analytical workflows and generate faster, more impactful insights Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and provide valuable input to the leadership team YOU COME WITH A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, combined with at least three years of relevant professional experience in a comparable analytical or data-focused role Strong skills in Excel and SQL, with strong proficiency in Power BI (strict must-have requirement); experience with Tableau or other comparable data visualisation tools is an advantage Experience with OneLake / Data Lake and Snowflake is considered a strong plus; additional programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA) are also an advantage A passion for solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches and for turning data into meaningful, business-relevant recommendations The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing precision with pragmatism to deliver results efficiently Fluency in English
