Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and be able to conduct their own testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications and a strong understanding that our customers are the ultimate beneficiary of well built, scalable and working software.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Key class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Expert-level proficiency in modern frontend development</strong>, including:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>HTML5, CSS3 (including modern layout systems and design tokens)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>JavaScript and TypeScript</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Deep experience with <strong>React</strong> and the contemporary ecosystem (hooks, server components, state management, performance optimization)</span></p></li></ul></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong experience building <strong>large-scale,
