Konkret godkendte plejefamilier har samme vilkår som generelt godkendte.</p> <p>Her er tale om en indsats, hvor et barn anbringes hos familiemedlemmer eller andre fra barnets netværk, hvor der i forvejen er en vis tilknytning.</p> <p>Det er kommunen der undersøger om det er relevant at overveje en netværksfamilie og det er også kommunen der godkender netværksfamilien. Netværksfamilien skal være indforstået med at indgå i et godkendelsesforløb.</p> <p>Det er afgørende for barnets udvikling, at I er i stand til at indgå i det samarbejde der kræves med såvel barnets forældre og anbringelseskommunen. I vil få tilskud til omkostningerne ved barnets ophold, idet der udbetales en fast skattefri ydelse hver måned fra anbringende kommunen. Der er ikke økonomisk mellemværende mellem jer og barnets biologiske familie.</p> <h4>Reglerne om privat familiepleje er beskrevet i Barnets Lov § 42.</h4> <p>Ingen må have børn under 14 år, som man ikke har forældremyndighed over, boende i en sammenhængende periode ud over 3 måneder, uden der er udstedt en plejetilladelse til privat døgnpleje.</p> <p>Hvis forældremyndighedsindehaveren ønsker at barnet under 14 år skal bo hos en anden, typisk et familiemedlem eller en anden med nær tilknytning, kan denne søge om privat plejetilladelse i egen kommune.
