We value ownership, strong engineering judgment, and the ability to design solutions, not just implement tickets.Your RoleAs a Senior PHP Developer, you’ll take ownership of backend solutions end-to-end: from gathering requirements, through architecture and implementation, to explaining and defending technical decisions. You’ll work closely with clients and mentor other developers.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop PHP applications from scratchGather requirements and propose well-reasoned technical solutionsDesign and maintain APIs, internal services, and data exchange systemsDesign and implement CMS systemsCreate new modules and evolve existing systemsMake architectural decisions and evaluate alternativesReview code and support less experienced developersCollaborate with DevOps on deployment, CI/CD, and monitoringRequirementThis role requires full-time onsite work (no remote or hybrid options).
