About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Drupal to drive the technical vision of modern eCommerce solutions for a fleet management project.In this role, you will shape the system architecture, lead and mentor development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery within cloud-based environment. The team will be responsible for designing and developing a new Website Factory platform, as well as supporting migration and system integration initiatives. A key part of the role will involve migrating the backend from WordPress to Drupal. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with close collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders.Your tasksDriving the technical roadmap and architecture for Drupal-based solutionsLeading and mentoring development teams while supporting day-to-day technical decisionsDesigning and evolving headless and decoupled CMS architecturesEnsuring code quality, best practices, and high development standardsOverseeing CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release processesEnsuring security, compliance, and performance across platformsOptimizing accessibility (WCAG), and SEO complianceCollaborating with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutionsSupporting continuous improvement of system scalability and availabilityRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in Drupal-based projectsStrong expertise in Drupal (multisite, multilingual, headless, custom modules)Solid knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API-based integrationsKnowledge of WordPressExperience with cloud platforms and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practicesStrong communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFluent English, both spoken and writtenWillingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2-3 days a weekFluent Polish requiredResiding in Poland required
