About the Role
Join Our Team!!The Support Team is responsible for assisting business partners in using the PocketECG system, which is designed for long-term arrhythmia diagnostics.We handle tasks submitted daily by our partners and support them in verifying reported issues—all to ensure that using the PocketECG system is smooth, effective, and helpful in diagnosing patients worldwide. In addition, we develop and continuously improve tools that automate customer support processes, system maintenance, and business data collection.
