About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions within SAP Managed Services. You will lead a team of engineers, guiding the delivery of enterprise-grade AI agents that integrate deeply with SAP systems to automate diagnostics, enhance incident management, and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead AI agent development and SAP integration projects.Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders on production-ready AI solutions.Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS/Azure) and secure operations.Requirements:Proven experience in AI/LLM development and SAP integration.Hands-on with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, MCP) and AI experience layers (CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or similar).Familiarity with SAP OData services, Function Modules, CDS Views, and managed services operations.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
