About the Role
Requirements:7–8 years of overall experience in software developmentAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)Strong expertise in HRSD modules and capabilitiesExperience with ServiceNow platform developmentProven ability to design and implement workflow automationExperience building and managing integrations with external systemsSolid understanding of HR data security and best practicesKey ResponsibilitiesHRSD Development & Configuration:Build and customize HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, case templates, record producers, and Employee Center/Service Portal components. Ensure optimized UX and secure HR data segregation.Platform Development:Develop using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, GlideRecord/GlideAjax. Implement ACLs, roles, and user criteria for security. Optimize scripts for performance and scalability.Workflow & Automation:Design workflows in Flow Designer, create reusable subflows, approval flows, and HR-triggered notifications.Integrations:Build and support integrations with HR systems like Workday, CIDM, Cornerstone using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and scheduled data syncs.Reporting & Compliance:Create HR dashboards and reports. Ensure compliance with data privacy, HR data separation, audit, and governance requirements.Collaboration & Delivery:Work closely with HR stakeholders, participate in requirement workshops, provide technical documentation, support testing, UAT, and production deployments.
