About the Role
Lead the development of an AI-powered platform that automates pharmaceutical marketing compliance review. This role combines RAG architecture, vector search, and LLM-based validation to extract, validate, and flag compliance risks in marketing materials.What You’ll Do:Lead a Data Science team building production ML/LLM systems for document AI and compliance workflowsDesign and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines with multi-stage validation, observability, and cost optimizationImplement vector search, embeddings, semantic search, and document processing pipelinesMentor engineers, define metrics and success criteria, and guide technical decisions across the teamCollaborate cross-functionally to scale AI solutions and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliabilityMust-Haves:5+ years in Data Science/ML Engineering, including 2+ years in senior or lead rolesHands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and production ML pipelinesAdvanced Python skills and experience with AWS cloud infrastructureProven track record deploying AI/LLM systems at scale, ideally in regulated environmentsNice-to-Haves:AWS certifications or open-source ML contributionsWhy Join:Lead cutting-edge AI/ML projects at the intersection of ML, NLP, and complianceShape the architecture and roadmap of a high-impact, production-scale platformMentor a growing team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers
