About the Role
Project Manager – AI TransformationWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support clients in their business and organizational transformation journeys related to AI development and implementation. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.Your responsibilitiesPartner with clients on AI transformation programs, providing project management expertise and strategic guidanceActively contribute as a trusted advisor in project management matters for both clients and internal stakeholdersGather and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable project plansCollaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to ensure project scope, budget, and milestones are metCoordinate activities across multiple teams and practices to effectively address client needsSupport governance, reporting, and risk management for AI-related initiativesRequirementsHigher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in project management within distributed, multicultural environmentsHands-on experience in AI-related projects and driving AI transformation programsUnderstanding of Agentic AI developments, including relevant frameworks, methodologies, protocols, and agent-to-agent interoperabilityExcellent English communication skills, both written and spokenPractical knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and other project management toolsOne or more professional certifications, such as:PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Change ManagementWillingness to collaborate with international teams; openness to travel (up to 20%) is a plus but not requiredNice to haveProficiency in an additional European languageExperience working in consulting environmentsBackground in change management or business analysisSix Sigma and/or Business Analysis certification
