At ITDS, you’ll join a fast-paced team where innovation meets professionalism. You’ll report directly to the HR Operations Manager and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality HR and payroll operations.🛠 Key Responsibilities Manage the HRM system (Business Central) – including opening/closing accounts and updating employee profiles Oversee employee documentation: contracts, annexes, and other HR paperwork Coordinate background verification with external partners Administer employee benefits programs Ensure timely timesheet completion Generate HR reports (e.g., weekly inflow/outflow) Monitor medical check-ups, sick leave, and other absences Coordinate online OHS and GDPR training sessions Support the onboarding of foreign employees and liaise with visa/work permit agencies Provide audit support and meet reporting deadlines Serve as a Point of Contact for all payroll-related queries Collaborate with internal teams: accounting, finance, HRBP Co-create and enhance HR policies and procedures Take part in HR process improvements and introduce best practices ✅ What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in HR or related field Minimum 4 years of professional experience in HR and payroll Data driven and passionate about data Sound knowledge of Polish labor law and HR compliance standards Strong discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality High attention to detail and quality Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Fluent English is a must 🎁 What We OfferAt ITDS, we provide a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace, offering: Stable, long-term cooperation with competitive conditions Support from an experienced HR Operations Manager, as well as our finance, tax, legal, and accounting teams Room to grow your skills and develop your career path Medical care and Multisport card A modern office in the heart of Warsaw with parkng spot 🚀 Ready to take the shortcut to the future?Apply now and become part of an award-winning, fast-moving consultancy that’s shaping the future of HR in Europe’s top industries.
