Join us to be at the forefront of digital transformation and elevate your career in financial technology.Your main responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements during project initiation and delivery phasesDevelop functional and non-functional requirements specifications and high-level solution designsSupport analytical work performed by vendors and internal banking unitsDefine and analyze banking processes in cooperation with business stakeholdersCollaborate with system architects, designers, and internal domain expertsPrepare and review user and automated test scenariosConduct functional testing and support business acceptance testingReview technical documentation, architecture, and technologies appliedSupport system parameterization and provide expert guidance post-implementationYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least five years of experience in a Business Analyst role working with business stakeholdersExperience in banking or financial IT projectsStrong knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and business operationsPractical experience in business and system requirements analysis and documentationSolid understanding of software engineering principles and IT system architectureExperience with system and data integration conceptsHands-on knowledge of relational databases and data modelingExperience in functional and UAT testing activitiesProficiency with analytical and documentation tools such as Jira or ConfluenceExcellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skillsIt is a strong plus if you have:Certifications in Business Analysis or Financial Services (optional)Language Required for the role:Communicative Polish and English proficiencyEligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
