About the Role
At FERCHAU Poland, we are looking for a specialist to join our international technical team supporting telematics and fleet management solutions. Enjoy the flexibility of this 100% remote role, currently structured as a part‑time position (around 20 hours per week)!In this role, you will work across Technical Team Assistance, System Configuration & Support, as well as Data Analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:Participating in customer meetings and preparing notes/ summariesTranslating business requirements into technical tasks for internal teamsPreparing, structuring, and validating data and technical informationCreating and maintaining documentation & presentations for decision makingCoordinating smaller technical tasks and collaborating closely with engineering teamsPerforming remote configuration of telematics control units (TCUs) in line with established proceduresHandling incidents/ service tickets, including documenting errors and corrective actionsConducting basic system monitoring- verifying scripts and parameter changesAnalyzing large datasets in Excel (including VBA)Preparing data for reports, reviews, and customer-facing meetingsIdentifying trends, recurring error patterns, and validating KPIsEnsuring data accuracy and consistency as well as supporting reporting activities in Power BIWhat we are looking for:German and English language skills at B2+ level minimum - both languages are essential and strictly required for this roleStrong proficiency in Excel, including basic VBA skillsExperience handling large or complex datasetsTechnical understanding in the areas of: vehicle or machinery system architecture/ telematics and connectivity technologies/ core IT architecture conceptsAbility to work autonomously with a structured, organized, and methodical approachStrong interpersonal skills and confidence in customer interactionsNice to have:Previous experience in technical support, project assistance, or technical coordinationAcademic or professional background in Automotive, Engineering, or ITBasic familiarity with Power BIExperience working with ticketing or incident management systemsUnderstanding of quality assurance methods or process‑oriented workflowsLooking for your next challenge?
