This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams and understands the technical side of development.About the roleYou will manage a distributed team of software engineers, working closely with product and technical leadership to ensure smooth delivery, team alignment, and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on people management, process optimization, and team performance.ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of software engineersSet goals, delegate tasks, and oversee timelinesCollaborate with product managers, designers, and technical leadsImprove development workflows and team collaborationMonitor performance and support professional growthEnsure strong communication within the team and across departmentsIdentify and manage risks, blockers, and dependenciesBuild a positive, inclusive, and productive team environmentRequirements3+ years of experience leading software or QA engineering teams.Strong background in Agile delivery management and engineering workflows.Understanding of modern architectural concepts at a non-hands-on level.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).Knowledge of CI/CD, testing maturity, and quality practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to build and maintain a high-performance engineering culture.English proficiency (written and spoken)Strong interpersonal and communication skills.PreferredExperience in startups or fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with technologies such as Python, PHP, or ReactCertifications or training in Agile or project managementWe OfferProfessional growth within an international team of experts.Opportunity to work on a product with strong market demand.Working hours: Monday—Friday, 8 hours, semi-flexible schedule.Competitive salary and financial stability.Why join us?
