supervision over the maintenance of real estate and facilities in full operational efficiency;
supervision over the administrative and technical documentation;
participation and supervision over the implementation of renovations in the housing stock;
preparation of documentation for real estate or facilities intended for renovation;
Requirements:
- education: vocational secondary - necessary
- other: min. 3 years of experience in construction construction
and construction qualifications or the
ability to use software for design and cost estimation during the acquisition of qualifications
