Payroll Assistant - Intern

Your role and responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation and verification of payroll data (e.g., hours, absences, allowances).

• Assisting with maintaining employee records and payroll documentation.

• Preparing simple reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.

• Helping with employee payroll inquiries.

• Supporting the team during monthly payroll cycles and audits.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Student or recent graduate (Finance, HR, Economics, Administration or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Basic Excel skills (e.g., formulas, sorting, filtering).

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Good command of English.
