If accounting is one of your areas of interest, we can offer you a paid internship within our Accounts Payable team in a highly international environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay processes for the EMEA region and actively contribute to daily operations.
The internship is planned to start in March 2026 and will last 6–12 months, on-site in Wrocław.
Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Accounts Payable Intern , you are responsible for:
Support the Accounts Payable team in posting invoices and processing other documents for EMEA countries
Assist with regular AP activities, such as open items analysis
Collect and prepare data for ad hoc reports
Develop tools or Excel files to support daily operations and improve efficiency
About our future employee
You should have good communication skills in English (min. B2.) and knowledge of additional European language (e.g. German of French) is an advantage.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Current student or graduate in economics, administration, accounting, or finance
Very good communication skills in English (min. B2)
Proactive approach with strong time-management and prioritization skills
High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of reliability and confidentiality
Strong team spirit, empathy, and service-oriented attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel skills are a plus)
