The Impact You'll Make
As our new Senior Manager for EMEA Implement & Transform , you will join our Next Generation Infrastructure (NGI) team - the driving force behind Danfoss’s global digital transformation . You will lead a talented team of specialists based in Europe with a mission to deliver critical IT projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Your work is the foundation that allows us to engineer innovative solutions that tackle climate change and build a greener future. From your base in Europe, you will oversee transformations across the region, ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and efficient.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to make a tangible impact, shaping the digital backbone of a global leader in energy efficiency and transforming complex plans into an operational reality.
We are open to candidates from diverse Danfoss locations across Europe. No relocation offered.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will steer the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure transformation projects across the diverse and dynamic EMEA region.
You will build, mentor, and inspire a regional team of implementation engineers and project specialists, creating a culture of execution excellence and collaboration.
You will enhance our service transition process, guaranteeing that new services are seamlessly integrated into our operations with clear documentation and support.
You will act as a key partner to stakeholders across our design, operations, and business teams, ensuring alignment on project plans, schedules, and impact.
You will champion the adoption of automation and Infrastructure as Code principles to increase the speed, quality, and consistency of our deployments.
What We're Looking For
Significant experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or project delivery role.
Proven success leading complex, multi-country infrastructure deployments within the EMEA region.
A strong technical background in networking, data center, cloud, or workplace technologies .
Solid understanding of project management frameworks ( Agile/Waterfall ) and IT service management principles (ITIL).
Fluency in English is essential, with additional European languages being a significant advantage.
