The position

If People and HR are your area of interest, we can offer you a paid internship in the HR Management team in an international environment. You can take the opportunity to gain an insight into the People topics and processes.

The start of the paid internship is planned on-site in Wrocław and the duration is 6 months with possibility to extend it to next 6 months. We are offering paid internship in a company which has an impact on human and animal lives.

Tasks & responsibilities

As an Intern – HR Management , you will:

  • Learn how to make the Boehringer Ingelheim people happy!

  • Get to know from the inside how we work on benefit offers for our employees.

  • Get an opportunity to share your ideas and look for areas of process improvements.

  • Support the creation of regulations and contracts for employees.

  • Be part of the company's internal communications, initiatives and events.

  • See what kind of experience we build through our onboarding and learn about our strategic approach to employee development.

About our future Intern

You should be student or graduate who speaks fluent Polish and English. It would be beneficial if you were studying/ graduated: psychology, journalism, sociology or a comparable field of study with a focus on human resources.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Capabilities to have a full-time internship, but we can be flexible and adjust to your calendar.

  • Openness to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

  • Positive energy to inspire our People!

  • Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality.

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and other MS tools would be beneficial.
