Role Overview

The Dynamics Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business processes across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Develop and implement plugins, business rules, workflows, and custom components to meet business requirements.

Oversee integration efforts between Dynamics 365 and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data governance standards.

Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to development teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components.

Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem updates, new features, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Strong expertise in developing plugins, workflows, and business rules.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Familiarity with Azure services and API-based integrations.

Basic understanding of integration techniques for Dynamics 365 with external systems.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
