Year 3 Teaching Assistant Leeds

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the LS18 area of Leeds from September 2026. This full-time role offers an ongoing opportunity, with a competitive daily rate of £95–£105, depending on experience. The successful candidate will support pupils within a Year 3 class, helping them settle into Key Stage 2 and achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Year 3 pupils with learning activities within the classroom, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, resource management, and classroom organisation.
• Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence throughout the school day.
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure pupils receive effective support.
