Due to the hotel’s countryside location, having your own transport is essential.

Up to £40,350 package
Working 40 hours a week across 5 days

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, polished service
Creating an upbeat, guest-focused atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Collaborating with the Head Chef and hotel leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Managing rotas, training, stock and service standards
Helping to shape and elevate the restaurant’s identity through a hands-on, proactive approach
Being the face of the restaurant and building strong relationships with guests
