Role Overview 

As a Director, Strategic Partnerships at 4Minds, you will build and scale revenue-producing partnerships with global systems integrators (GSIs), consulting firms, and AI-focused advisory partners. Your mission is to make 4Minds a preferred AI platform within consulting ecosystems by enabling partners to deliver differentiated, enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging 4Minds technology.  

This role sits at the center of enterprise AI transformation. You will work directly with consulting partners’ AI, data, and industry practices to co-create solutions, activate co-sell motions, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You will help consulting teams modernize their AI offerings beyond traditional RAG and static models positioning 4Minds as a foundational platform for continuously learning enterprise intelligence. 

This is a builder role. You will help define the GSI and consulting partner playbook while executing it in real time. Success requires technical curiosity, consultative selling skills, and the confidence to engage C-suite and senior leaders across consulting firms who are shaping AI strategy for Fortune 2000 clients. You’ll balance long-term strategic partnerships with near-term pipelines and revenue creation in a fast-moving startup environment. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and execute GSI and consulting partner strategies aligned to AI, data, and industry transformation initiatives for better managing large language models 
  • Build executive relationships with consulting firm partners, principals, and AI practice leaders 
  • Co-develop AI solution offerings with consulting partners, integrating 4Minds AI Platform.  
  • Own the full consulting partnership lifecycle from initial engagement through enablement, activation, pipeline creation, and expansion 
  • Drive co-sell motions with consulting partners into enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with internal sales and technical teams 
  • Support joint GTM efforts, including client workshops, AI strategy sessions, proofs-of-concept, and pilots 
  • Enable consulting teams to position 4Minds as a differentiated alternative to conventional RAG and static LLM approaches 
  • Develop partner enablement and training programs tailored to consulting delivery teams and AI practices 
  • Track and forecast consulting partner pipeline, reporting partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 6+ years in GSI, consulting, or strategic partnership sales within enterprise technology 
  • Proven experience building and monetizing consulting-led partner relationships 
  • Track record of driving enterprise revenue through GSIs or advisory partners 
  • Strong understanding of consulting sales motions, enterprise buying cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision processes 
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex AI and data concepts 
  • Executive-level presence with experience leading QBRs, executive workshops, and strategic planning sessions 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, or enterprise AI architectures 
  • Background working with AI, data, or digital transformation practices within consulting firms 
  • Prior experience building or scaling a consulting partner program at a startup or growth-stage company 
  • Familiarity working alongside cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) as part of consulting-led engagements 
  • Existing network within GSIs, boutiques, or AI-focused consultancies 
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where the playbook is still being written 
  • Strong business acumen, including deal structuring, financial modeling, and partner economics 

 

Compensation  

  • Base salary range: $190,000-$220,000 annually
