The Practice We’re Supporting

GVC is working with a major small‑animal hospital in the Leicester area, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon to step into a Clinical Director position. The site holds recognised cat‑friendly accreditation and maintains a strong focus on patient experience and clinical excellence.

The wider environment supports shared learning through regular clinical discussions, monthly team meetings and structured development pathways. The hospital also acts as a nurse training centre and actively encourages certificate‑level progression for its clinical team.
