<p><strong>Location:</strong> Milton Keynes<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> £35,000 – £45,000<br /><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)</p>

<p>We’re partnering with a well-established building services consultancy that is continuing to expand its building physics and sustainability capabilities. They are looking to bring on a Building Physics Consultant with a strong focus on energy modelling using TAS to support a diverse range of projects.</p>
<p>This position offers the opportunity to work across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, and commercial, with a clear emphasis on low-energy, performance-driven design.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Deliver dynamic thermal and energy modelling, primarily using TAS</li>
<li>Support compliance with UK Building Regulations (Part L)</li>
<li>Contribute to building performance analysis and design optimisation</li>
<li>Collaborate with design teams to enhance energy efficiency and occupant comfort</li>
<li>Assist with BREEAM assessments, particularly thermal comfort analysis</li>
<li>Produce clear and concise technical reports and simulation outputs</li>
<li>Provide input during project discussions with a focus on building performance</li>
</ul>

<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years’ experience in building physics or energy modelling</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with TAS (or similar software)</li>
<li>Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, particularly Part L</li>
<li>Familiarity with BREEAM, especially thermal comfort criteria</li>
<li>Relevant degree (e.g. Building Services, Environmental Engineering)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach</li>
</ul>
