- Schedule: 3rd shift overnights 9:30pm - 6:00am

Chemical Production Operator Responsibilities
- Perform routine manufacturing procedures by following written work instructions.
- Operate production and sifting equipment according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform plant sifting operations to ensure maximum quality and output while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, and formulas to operate equipment correctly.
- Draw product samples for laboratory analysis as required.
- Monitor equipment for malfunction alarms; shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary.
- Record production data including processing steps, product characteristics, and batches processed.
- Follow all company safety policies.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Chemical Production Operator Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- General cleaning and master sanitation skills.
- Machine operation and technical proficiency.
- Safety awareness and compliance experience.
- Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Batch production experience preferred
