Term time: 39 Working Weeks, 5 days per week (25 hrs)

Hours: 9am-14.30pm - Monday to Friday

  About the Position

As a Specialist Training & Development Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and organisation of professional learning programmes for education professionals.

Working within a specialist training environment, you will help coordinate courses, liaise with schools and external partners, maintain records, support event delivery and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality SEND and SEMH training provision.

• Coordinate training programmes and events
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Communicate with schools, professionals and partner organisations
• Support course bookings and administration
• Assist with resource preparation and training logistics
• Contribute to projects that improve educational outcomes
• Work collaboratively within a specialist support team
