As a Mid-Level Business Analyst – Technology and Financial Services, you will be working for our client, a global leader in the banking and financial sector. You will contribute to building innovative platforms that redefine digital banking experiences, helping clients and customers unlock new potential through cutting-edge technology solutions. Your main responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and curate data requirements for the development of new banking platforms. Engage with stakeholders from CTO’s teams, clients, and business units to document and validate needs. Analyze customer interactions and product usage to prioritize features and improvements. Participate in the design of technical processes, identifying gaps and ensuring thorough documentation. Support migration planning, execution, and validation to ensure seamless transitions. Work closely with delivery teams to monitor progress, clarify requirements, and share learnings across groups. Document test cases and support User Acceptance Testing activities. Contribute to operational impact assessments and data analysis. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services or technology sectors. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Experience in process flow definition, mapping current and future states. Good understanding of enterprise IT environments: application hosting, data management, APIs, microservices. Robust data analysis skills to segment customers and understand user telemetry. Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, including user stories and BDD scenarios. Ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and handle multiple projects efficiently. Critical thinking skills to identify risks and challenge assumptions effectively. It is a strong plus if you have: Experience working in Agile or product-centric organizations. Exposure to large-scale IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, or complex program management. Familiarity with application hosting, database environments, and container architectures. Certification in IT Services, Agile, or Project Management. Knowledge of tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub. Fluency in English at a fluent command level.
