TPF Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established, growing and forward-thinking business and advisory firm based in Camberley, who are looking to recruit a Tax Senior to join their friendly and collaborative tax team.

This firm supports entrepreneurial and high growth businesses as well as private individuals, delivering a wide range of tax compliance and advisory services. This role would suit a driven, ambitious and versatile individual who is keen to take the next step in their tax career.

About the Role

Working closely with the Tax team, you will be responsible for a broad range of personal and corporate tax work. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing personal and corporation tax returns for a varied client portfolio
• Handling tax planning assignments, advising on allowances, reliefs and structuring opportunities
• Managing tax compliance deadlines and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Reviewing tax computations prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback
• Assisting with HMRC enquiries and correspondence
• Supporting Partners and Managers with advisory projects, technical research and analysis
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with current legislation and standards
• Managing client relationships and delivering a consistently high level of service

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification, or be qualified by experience
• A strong background in personal and or corporate tax within an accountancy practice environment
• Proven experience preparing tax computations, returns and advisory work
• Solid knowledge of UK tax legislation and HMRC compliance requirements
• Experience reviewing junior staff work and managing client relationships
• Experience using tax and accounting software such as CCH, IRIS or similar

This role offers a competitive salary in the region of £45,000-£60,000 dependent on experience, a friendly and collaborative working environment, and the opportunity to develop your technical and client management skills within a growing firm.
