We are seeking a Telehealth
Cognitive Care Neurologist to deliver expert, compassionate care to patients
with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a
fully virtual model, expanding access to specialized neurology care nationwide.
In this role, you will
conduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex
neurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary
team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to
provide coordinated, patient-centered care. You will also serve as a clinical
leader, supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring compliance with
clinical and telehealth standards.
Compensation & Benefits: $260,000
- $276,000 plus full benefits
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited
medical school
Completion of an accredited
Neurology residency
Fellowship training in
Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience strongly
preferred
Board Certification in
Neurology
Active, unrestricted medical
license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility
preferred
Minimum of 3 years of
clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders
Demonstrated proficiency
with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
Strong clinical expertise in
cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Excellent communication
skills across virtual patient, family, and team interactions
Commitment to empathetic,
patient-centered care and continuous professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
Fellowship training in
Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
Prior experience supervising
APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model
Familiarity with
amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging treatments for Alzheimer’s
disease
Experience working within
integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
