About the Role

Bradford children and family trust Looking for Team Manager for their Children's Intensive Integrated Support Team Payrate: -£40.00 p/h Location:- Sir Henry Mitchell House, BD5 0QL Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and delivery of support to children and young people with mental health difficulties, intellectual disabilities, and autism. Develop and nurture a collaborative team environment, fostering cohesion and teamwork to meet the needs of children and families in Bradford. Participate in the recruitment and selection process for team members, ensuring a well-rounded team with the right skills and experience. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members, offering formal and informal supervision to enhance their professional growth and development. Contribute to the development of an operating model for the Integrated Service, including the creation of referral pathways and recording systems that support the overall service objectives. Collaborate with core CAMHS teams and other professionals, including social care practitioners, clinical psychologists, nurses, and therapists, to provide holistic support for children and young people. Oversee complex cases, ensuring appropriate interventions and support plans are in place to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Identify and address the training needs of team members, ensuring that the staff is well-equipped to provide high-quality, person-centered care and support. Ensure quality assurance and compliance, monitoring that interventions and assessments meet high standards and adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Focus on outcomes, working to achieve improved outcomes for children, young people, and their families, while enhancing their quality of life, independence, and daily functioning.
