About the Role
<p>A well-established and purpose-driven organisation is looking to bring in a <strong>Senior Product Designer</strong> to join their growing team in <strong>Edinburgh</strong> <strong>(hybrid 2/3 days in-office)</strong>. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale, customer-facing products used across multiple international markets, all while contributing to a business that has a tangible positive impact.</p>

<p>You’ll be joining a collaborative and design-mature environment where design is valued as a key driver of product success. Working closely with Product Managers, Researchers, and other Designers, you’ll play an important role in shaping user experiences, influencing design strategy, and delivering high-quality, future-proof solutions.</p>
</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p>
<p>** Designing engaging, customer-facing digital products across web and mobile</p>
<p>** Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions</p>
<p>** Using research, data, and market insights to inform design decisions</p>
<p>** Contributing to and evolving a shared Design System and component library</p>
<p>** Working closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation</p>
<p>** Playing a role in shaping design processes and best practices</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>You’ll ideally have most of the following</strong></p>
<p>** Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating polished, effective UI</p>
<p>** Experience across the full design lifecycle from wireframing to final UI</p>
<p>** Proven experience working with Figma and Design Systems</p>
<p>** Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams</p>
<p>** A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas and challenge thinking</p>
