The Growth Company’s (GC) Justice Services team have an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Benefit and Debt (FBD) advisor to deliver high performance levels, compliant activity and customer service standards on the FBD service and support the Service Manager to ensure that service and business objectives are achieved.
Through the delivery of a range of interventions for offenders with financial issues, (on both a one-to-one and group basis), support the resolution of these issues via financial capacity building, personal finance management awareness, reflective spending skills, the establishment of debt repayment plans and provision of help to access benefits or third sector support.
At The Growth Company, we deliver to the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Finance, Benefits and Debt Service, supporting individuals in prison and on probation to improve their financial wellbeing. We provide tailored support to help people manage money, access benefits, and address debt, enabling greater stability and removing financial barriers to rehabilitation.
Please note this role will require travel between Northallerton, Harrogate Probation and in-reach delivery to HMP Milsike, it is advised that you currently hold a UK Driving Licence and own a vehicle.
