An opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable organisation based in Royston. In this role you will be responsible for providing varied IT support to end users within the business as a senior technician on site

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience of working within an IT support environment (ideally 2 years or more) with a focus on Windows 10, O365, AD
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues deskside & remotely ideally with exposure to networking principles, firewalls & Microsoft exchange
